Greetings!

THE SHAKES proudly announce the release of their second full length studio
album… THE BLUE HOTEL. Recorded in conjunction with the premiere of The Blue
Hotel play by Michael Trocchia, the CD features original music inspired by
Stephen Crane's short story and Trocchia's stage adaptation of the story.

Join us for the official release of the CD on Friday, February 13 at The
Artful Dodger in downtown Harrisonburg, VA, from 7-9pm, as The Shakes
participate in the opening night of The Blue Hotel Art Exhibit, featuring
works of art inspired by Stephen Crane's short story, "The Blue Hotel."
Writer and director Michael Trocchia will be in attendance, and The Shakes
will perform music from their new CD as well as offer copies of the CD for
sale. We're mighty proud of it, and we hope you like it too!

Feb. 13—Blue Hotel Art Opening at the Artful Dodger / CD Release of The Blue
Hotel

Feb 18 through March 1—The Blue Hotel play at Court Square Theater. Ticket

Feb 21 & 28—The Shakes will play LIVE pre-show music for The Blue Hotel
play, starting at 7:30pm at Court Square Theater.
